The company behind trustMinder, Cauwill Technologies, was founded in 2009. They provide enterprise-grade SaaS applications that capture and analyse customer sentiment/engagement in real-time.

trustMinder launched in 2013 is currently deployed in Ireland, UK, several EU countries and the Middle East. trustMinder is a Voice of the Customer management platform to measure the customer experience for brands from the logistics, retail, utilities, automotive, financial and credit sectors.

In 2018 trustMinder won the CCA award for ‘CX Transformation – Inhouse Solution’.
